Friday, 11:41 PM. Somebody called. You'll find out on Monday.

Vera picks up on the second ring, quotes from your own price list and books the job. Talk to her right now — she'll answer you the way she'd answer your customer.

The arithmetic

There are 168 hours in a week. You work 45. The other 123 they call into nothing.

Everyone sells answering services with «you're losing calls». We checked the current numbers: depending on the trade, between fourteen and forty-four percent go unanswered. Not sixty-two — that figure comes from a test run in 2013.

Here's what matters more. Across seventy million calls, 64% of businesses never ask the caller to buy or book anything. They pick up. They talk. They let go.

And calling back no longer works: 86% of calls from an unknown number in the US go unanswered. A missed call used to be a delayed call. Now it's a lost one.

The problem isn't that nobody picked up. It's that somebody picked up and offered nothing.

Hear how she answers

Try it

Three minutes, and you'll know.

Call her and ask anything you like — price, hours, something you don't even offer. She answers the way she'd answer a customer of yours.

From any phone: +1 424 781 1913. Nothing to fill in. That is the agent itself, not a recording and not a demo reel.

The call runs up to fifteen minutes. When the time is up she says goodbye herself and gives you the email to write to — she does not cut out mid-sentence. She will not warn you in advance: a phone line cannot do that, and we are not going to promise it.

The call runs in your browser. Three minutes, microphone only, nothing to install.
We send you the transcript of your own conversation afterwards.

After every call

You get this, whether you were there or not.

The email the owner receives after every call: who, when, what they asked, what Vera answered, whether they booked, the number, and separately the one question she couldn't answer.

Seven fields, and the last one is the one nobody else sends: the question she couldn't answer. That's how the brief gets better every week — not because we guessed, but because a real caller asked something that wasn't in it.

What changes

Five things.

1. Evenings, nights and weekends

Now

Ringing, or voicemail. In the morning, a list of missed calls — and calling back barely works, because people don't answer unknown numbers.

After

Picked up on the second ring. Around the clock, holidays included. People get an answer when they ask the question.

2. The price question

Now

«We'd need to take a look, leave your number.» Half of callers hang up and go to the neighbour who gave them a figure.

After

A range with conditions in forty seconds, from your own price list. Where a price genuinely can't be given, she says why and what happens next.

3. Getting to a booking

Now

A conversation, then goodbye. Two thirds of businesses never propose a booking at all — that's a measurement, not our opinion.

After

She offers a specific slot and asks again. That's the Closer — an add-on to Vera, included in the pair.

4. What she actually said

Now

With other people's bots — unknown. The owner hears about the problem from a customer who's already annoyed.

After

A twelve-field brief, signed by you. Every answer she gives is checked against it mechanically. Once a week you get a note showing where she drifted.

5. Your number and your freedom

Now

Annual contract, auto-renewal, ninety days' notice to cancel. The number often turns out to belong to the vendor, and you can't take it with you.

After

The number stays yours — we forward from the one you already have. Month to month, no auto-renewal, one click to leave.

Price

$1,000 to set up. Here's what that buys.

Setup isn't «connecting you to something». Nothing on the right is our number.

Something we say out loud even though we don't have to. A voice assistant off the shelf costs $29 to $199 a month. If all you need is for the phone to be answered, go there — that's honest advice and we're giving it first. We cost more for three things: the script is written against your price list and signed by you, every answer is checked against that script, and you see in numbers what's happening on the line.

Talk to her first

Ten working days

How launch runs.

Day 1

Forty minutes on the phone. One question: what counts as the right answer here. Out of that comes the twelve-field brief.

Days 2–5

We write her script against your prices. You read and correct it. Until you sign it, she doesn't go live.

Days 6–8

Thirty test calls across a grid of hours, including awkward questions and things you don't do. We fix whatever surfaces.

Day 9

Forwarding from your existing number. The number stays yours.

Day 10

Live, and the test report in your hands.

After

A weekly note showing where she drifted from the brief. Any change to her script triggers a full re-run.

Guarantees

We promise the work, and the freedom to leave.

Not live in ten working days — the month is free

The clock starts when you sign the brief, not when you pay.

If she breaks, we switch her off the same day and don't bill the month

Not «we'll look into it», not «we've queued it». Off, calls back to you, fixed, back on. The month it happened in isn't charged.

One click to leave

Month to month, no auto-renewal, no notice period. The number is yours — you simply remove the forward. The brief and every transcript go with you.

What we don't promise

No percentage, no number of bookings, no payback period. How many people book depends on your market and your prices, not on who picked up the phone. What we promise is that the phone gets answered and that you see every conversation.

Fair questions

Four you've already asked yourself.

«My customers will be annoyed it's a robot»

People aren't annoyed by a robot, they're annoyed by a wall. Vera says in her first sentence that she isn't a person, and she'll put you through to a human at any point. What actually infuriates callers is not being able to reach anyone at all.

«There's one for $49 a month»

There is, and it works. If all you need is for the phone to be answered — take it, genuinely. Three things differ: her script is written against your price list and signed by you, every answer is mechanically checked against that script, and once a week you see where she drifted. At $49 nobody rewrites the prompt, and there's nothing to check it against.

«What if she says something she shouldn't»

She will, occasionally — that's physics, not a defect: every model loses accuracy over a long conversation, and that's measured. Which is why there's a checker comparing each of her answers against the brief you signed, and why we sell audits of other people's bots as a separate product. If she breaks, we switch her off the same day and don't bill the month.

"I'm not sure this is actually my problem"

Then don't buy this one. We have a separate step for exactly that case — when everything hurts at once or you can't tell where: the deep diagnostic. A study of your business from open sources and your own answers, $500 once, credited against your first implementation payment. If we don't see where it pays off for you, we'll say so. What's in it →

Three minutes and you'll work it out yourself.

Call her and ask anything. We'll send you the transcript of your own conversation.
