Summary
This is a short summary; the full policy follows below. A Russian version is at businessinteldna.com/privacy; the version in the language in which you accepted it applies to you. The text messaging paragraphs of this summary (from “Text messaging” to “Opting out”) are equally binding and match section 3.11. If our documents differ: on confidentiality a signed NDA prevails, on personal data this Policy prevails, and on everything else the Terms prevail.
Who we are. Wealthboosterpro LLC (DBA Business Intelligence DNA), a Wyoming limited liability company. Address: 5830 E 2nd St Ste 7000, Casper, WY 82609, USA. Website: businessinteldna.com. Contact: support@businessinteldna.com.
What we do. We help business owners build positioning and implement AI assistants. Our website collects what you type into our forms, and our inbound voice assistant collects what you say on a call you placed to us.
Booking a call. If you leave your email in the “Book a call” form, we store the request (email, name, page, time), email ourselves a copy, and open our Calendly page with your email and name filled in through the link. Within a minute you also receive an automatic email with our prices for the service on that page and the same booking link. That email is assembled by a program from pre-written text, with no AI model involved; replies are read by people. We send at most two such emails to one address per day. Section 3.7 below.
Voice calls. Calls to our number are answered by an automated virtual assistant. It identifies itself as a virtual assistant at the start of every call. We do not retain call audio; we retain a text transcript of the conversation.
If you called a business that uses Vera. That business decides how your data is used; we process it on its behalf as its service provider, do not sell it and do not use it for our own purposes. At the start of the call Vera says she is a virtual assistant and that the call is saved as a transcript and processed with AI. We keep the transcript (not the audio) for 24 months from the call and email a summary to the business. Ask for a person and Vera will transfer the call. Vera does not take card numbers by voice and is not an emergency service: call 911. To get or delete your data, contact the business or support@businessinteldna.com, and we will forward your request to the business and help. Section 3.15 below.
Text messaging. We send SMS only to people who opted in in writing on our page https://businessinteldna.com/sms-consent/. There are two separate, optional boxes: texts about your request and appointments (confirmations, reminders, replies), and marketing texts (follow-ups and offers about the service you asked about). Both start unticked, and consent is not a condition of any purchase. We never buy, rent or import phone numbers. When you opt in we record your number, the boxes you ticked, date and time, IP address, browser and the consent text version, as proof of consent; we keep this record for 5 years.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving messages, or save the consent page with both boxes empty. Reply HELP for assistance. See our Messaging Terms at https://businessinteldna.com/sms.
Who processes your data. Netlify (hosting), Anthropic and Google (language models), ElevenLabs (voice assistant), Twilio (telephony and messaging), Resend (email), Stripe (payments), Meta (advertising pixel), Google Workspace, Calendly, Zoom, and Telegram if you message us there; for Vera, also the business’s own Google Calendar. Named individually in section 6 below.
If you message us on Telegram, a virtual assistant answers first — a program, not a person. Your messages are processed by Anthropic’s Claude model. The bot cannot message you first and sees only your chat with us. Section 3.13 below.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time. See section 12 below.
1. Who we are and why this document exists
The website businessinteldna.com belongs to Wealthboosterpro LLC (DBA Business Intelligence DNA), a company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA. Address: 5830 E 2nd St Ste 7000, Casper, WY 82609, USA. There are two of us, Andrii and Maryna; we have no employees.
This document says what we collect about you, where it goes, how long it is kept and how to erase it. We tried to write it so that you can read it once and understand it. If something is unclear, email support@businessinteldna.com.
On accuracy. Everything written here about our website we checked against its code as of the date of this version. About our contractors, we are summarizing their own terms; those may change, and we are not responsible for them.
This is not a contract. It is a description of how things work. Contractual obligations are in the Terms of Service: businessinteldna.com/en/terms. Money, timelines and refunds are covered there. If our documents differ: on confidentiality a signed NDA prevails, on the processing of personal data the Privacy Policy prevails, and on everything else the Terms of Service prevail.
English version. This is the full English text of this policy, at businessinteldna.com/en/privacy (the Russian text is at businessinteldna.com/privacy). For those who accepted our terms in English, the English version is binding (section 15.6 of the Terms of Service).
About the NDA. Our website says “under NDA” more than twenty times. The promise to keep quiet about your business is separate from this policy: it is in section 9 of the Terms of Service, applies automatically from the moment you pay, and needs no separate paper. If you need a signed NDA as a separate document, write to us and we will send one. This policy is about the technical side: who physically sees what.
2. The main points, briefly
- You can get the free Work List without signing up and without a card. We ask for contact details only at the end, to send you a copy.
- Your three answers about your business go to an Anthropic model; otherwise the list cannot be built. Section 5.
- Your card details never reach us at all: payment is handled entirely by Stripe.
- The 68-question questionnaire arrives by email in Andrii’s work Gmail inbox and is saved in a working folder that syncs to Google Drive. We say this plainly.
- The website has one advertising pixel — Meta’s; it does not see your answers or card details, and you can turn it off with the banner at the bottom of the page (section 4). There is no Google Analytics or any other tracker.
- We do not sell or share your contact details with anyone. We do not send mailings to other people’s lists: we write only about your matter, and send SMS only of the kinds you ticked yourself.
- You can write “delete everything you have about me” at any time to support@businessinteldna.com. Within 30 days we will delete everything we can reach: forms, files, email, the working folder. Only the payment record will remain; the tax authorities require it. What we physically cannot delete (contractors’ backups, service logs) is listed in section 11.
3. What we collect at each step
3.1. The Work List: free, no sign-up
You answer three questions:
- what your company does and where (up to 300 characters);
- what in your week repeats the same way every time (up to 800 characters);
- who answers the customer first (multiple choice).
Plus an optional link to your website, profile or channel.
We do not ask for your name, email or phone at this step. The list appears on your screen before you leave a single contact detail.
If you gave a link, we open that page from our server and read its
text. We visit under our own name: your hosting logs
will show
BusinessIntelDNA-LinkPreview/1.0 (+https://businessinteldna.com).
We do not pretend to be your visitor.
3.2. Contact details, so we can send you the list
Once the list is built, we offer to email you a copy. Then we receive your name, email, Telegram (optional) and, along with them, the text of your list (up to 14,000 characters). The list contains a retelling of your business in our words: what you yourself wrote in your three answers.
Then two emails go out: one to you with your list, and one to us saying you reached this step.
3.3. The payment page
If you left your contact details earlier, the form fills in by itself, from your own browser’s memory. If not, we will ask for your name, email and Telegram again. This data reaches us by email.
3.4. Payment
The button takes you to Stripe’s website. From then on you are with them: Stripe collects your name, email, payment details, address and IP under its own rules. Section 7 has the details.
3.5. The 68-question questionnaire
This is the heaviest step in terms of content, and we name its contents plainly. In the questionnaire you tell us:
- your company’s legal name, links, channels, geography, how long the business has existed;
- the company’s structure, who is responsible for what, partners and co-owners;
- your entire price list: what you sell and at what price, what brings in most of the revenue;
- a description of two or three of your best real customers and one worst one, their objections, where they come from, why they leave;
- three to five competitors by name, with links;
- the economics: how much you take home per month (as a range), your average sale, the currency of your income, the share of repeat customers, whom you already pay and how much for outside contractors;
- goals, the bottleneck, your personal “why,” a budget for implementation that feels normal to you;
- who else influences the decision: a partner with a share, a hired director, a spouse;
- your time zone and preferred way to be contacted;
- and, as a separate question, what you are fundamentally not willing to share.
That last question is real. Do not write what you do not want to give us: the diagnostic will come together without it, it will just be a little less precise.
We do not ask for and do not receive access to your accounts, payment data, ad accounts or customer database. As to your CRM, only if you chose to connect Vera to it: we only write call records into it and read nothing from it. All we have is your words in the questionnaire and public sources. But let us call things by their names: in the questionnaire you describe, in your own words, both your customers and your money. So we do have that information. The difference is that we did not take it ourselves: you decided what to write and what not to.
What should not be in the questionnaire. Do not send us: health information about specific people (if you are a doctor, psychologist or coach, describe a patient as a type, not as a person), card and bank account numbers, logins and passwords, SSNs and ID document numbers, exports of your customer database, or lists of employees. None of this is needed for the diagnostic. If any of it reaches us by accident, write to us and we will delete it and confirm by email.
If the questionnaire is filled out by someone other than the owner (an assistant, a partner, a hired director), make sure that person has the right to tell us what they are telling us. We assume they do.
About the “dictate” button. Every question has a microphone. It works through your browser’s speech recognition; in Chrome this is a Google cloud service: the audio goes to Google’s servers. Your voice is not stored on our side; only the finished text reaches us. If you do not want that, type instead.
3.6. When you tell us about other people
The questionnaire has questions about partners, your spouse, your customers and competitors. When you answer them, you give us information about people who have not read this policy.
A request: name them only as much as the matter requires. “A partner with a 40% share” works just as well as a surname, and “a customer that is a chain of 12 auto repair shops” works as well as a company name. Public information about competitors (website, social media, reviews) we will take from public sources anyway.
Everything you write about these people is stored and deleted under the same rules as your own data (sections 9 and 11). We do not write to them, do not call them, and do not use this information in work with anyone else.
3.7. Booking a call
Two paths lead to the calendar.
The “Still have questions? Book a call” form. On the pages for Vera, AI Visibility, the Diagnostic and “Thirty Calls,” in Russian and in English, there is such a form under every payment button: email is required, name is optional. What happens after you click “Choose a time”:
- The request is written to the website’s storage (Netlify): email, name, page address and time. This is so that we can write to you if you opened the calendar but did not book.
- We receive a “wants a call” email with the same four fields.
- The Calendly page opens with your email and name already filled in: they are passed in the link address so that you do not have to enter them again. You can correct them right there.
- Within a minute you receive an email with our prices for what that page was about and a button to the same calendar. The email is assembled by a program from pre-written text; there is no language model in this step. It is sent by a separate technical website on the same Netlify; its storage keeps a record of the request (email, name, page, language, time), a note that the reply was sent, and a count of emails per address, so as not to send too many. A copy of the email comes to us at support@. As a rule, no more than two such emails go to one address per day. If you reply to the email, the two of us, Andrii and Maryna, will read it.
If you left your email and went no further, these records are kept for no longer than 12 months (section 11).
The link after the questionnaire. For diagnostic clients, we email the calendar link after the questionnaire, to the same Calendly page.
The calendar is the Calendly service; not a single line of its code is embedded on our website. Everything you enter when booking (name, email, time, time zone, answers to their questions) you enter on Calendly, and they store it on their side. We see only the result: that a meeting has been scheduled.
3.8. Recording the results call
We record the call to discuss the diagnostic results (the call is optional) only with your consent, so that you can watch it again and we do not have to ask you to repeat things. We give the recording to you: it is yours just like the document.
The recording rule:
- In the first minute of the call we ask out loud whether we may record, and your answer stays in the recording itself.
- Recording starts only after your “yes.” If you say “no,” we do not record, and this does not affect the content of the conversation.
- If someone else from your side is on the call, let us know in advance, and we will ask for their consent too. In some US states recording a conversation is lawful only with the consent of all participants.
- The call runs on Zoom; this service receives your name, email, the time of the call, video and audio. We record locally: the file is saved directly to the Provider’s computer, not to the Zoom cloud. Zoom is listed in the table in section 6, along with where the file itself is kept afterward.
- The recording is kept under the same rules as the other project materials (section 11) and is deleted at your request within 30 days, separately from everything else if you ask us to delete only the recording.
3.9. What changes when you take Vera or AI Visibility
The diagnostic is done without any access at all: only from your words and public sources. Vera and AI Visibility work differently: for Vera to answer your customers, she has to be placed in the channel where they call and write to you, and AI Visibility relies on your website and your Google profile.
We do not take access to your accounts, payment data, accounting or customer database exports; that still stands. Vera only writes call records into your CRM, if you chose to connect it, and reads nothing from it. But we will need access to exactly the channels where the product works: your phone line (call forwarding to Vera), the inquiry form on your website, your Google profile (we are added as a manager; the permissions are removed with one click), and for AI Visibility, your website, with your consent. Which ones exactly we record in the agent passport (Vera) or in the email approving the list of questions (AI Visibility), and you confirm each item separately.
Correspondence with your customers reaches us through these channels: names, contact details and what they write to you. We do not export your database or your correspondence as a whole; we store only what is listed in this section and in sections 3.14 and 3.15, and we use it for nothing except the work of the product you ordered. Access is removed on the day the work ends, or earlier if you say so.
We process the data of the customers of a business where Vera works on that business’s behalf. The business decides; we are the service provider: we do not sell this data, do not use it for our own purposes, and if a person asks to see or delete their data, we forward the request to the business and help carry it out (section 9.17 of the Terms of Service).
The platforms your AI employees run on are managed by us. Conversations and minutes are included in the subscription: you do not need to pay the platform separately or open an account there. What is yours stays yours: your phone number, domain, email, and your profiles on Google and other platforms. The agent passport is yours; if we part ways, we hand it over to you in full. How the employee works inside (instructions, prompts, tools and platform settings) stays ours: if we part ways, we switch it off rather than hand it over. The same is written in the Terms of Service, section 10.7.
The phone line is part of the same arrangement: we keep it on our own carrier account and give you a separate number. This is done for your sake: the carrier’s business verification takes weeks, and you do not need to go through it. Your own number stays yours: you set up forwarding from it to the number we give you and remove it at any time, without our involvement. The line fee is included in the monthly fee. While forwarding is on, calls go through our carrier: the caller’s number and the content of the conversation reach us. What exactly we do with them is described in section 3.10.
3.10. An inbound call: you are speaking with a virtual assistant
Our number and the demo page are answered by the virtual assistant “Vera”, a program, not a person. She says so in her very first sentence, before any conversation. If you do not want to talk to a program, say so, and the conversation will end.
What happens to the conversation. Your speech is converted to text and passed to a language model, which forms the reply. We do not keep an audio recording of the conversation. We have a setting turned on under which audio is not saved; only the text transcript remains.
What we save:
- the text transcript of the conversation;
- what you said yourself: name, phone, email address, what the matter is about;
- the duration and time of the call;
- if the call was by phone, your number, which comes from the carrier.
The transcript reaches us by email right after the conversation. We read it ourselves; that is how we find out what you wanted.
Who is involved technically: ElevenLabs (speech recognition, voice synthesis and running the conversation), Google (language model), Twilio (the phone line, when the call is made by phone). All three are named in section 6.
How long we keep it: transcripts, 24 months from the day of the call. The exception is in section 11: the record that you consented to messages is kept longer and deleted separately.
3.11. SMS: only if you ticked the box yourself
We send SMS only to people who opted in in writing on our page https://businessinteldna.com/sms-consent/. We email you the link to it after you have contacted us. There are two separate, optional boxes, and both start unticked:
- texts about your request and appointments: confirmations and reminders about calls, replies to your questions;
- marketing texts: follow-ups and offers: a follow-up about the offer you requested from us and offers about the service you asked about. These are marketing messages under US law, which is why they have a separate box, and without it we do not send such texts.
You can save the page with both boxes empty, and nothing we do for you depends on it. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We never buy, rent or import phone numbers. When you opt in we record your number, the boxes you ticked, date and time, IP address, browser, the page and the consent text version, as proof of consent; we keep this record for 5 years (section 11).
Opting out. Reply STOP (or СТОП) to any message to stop receiving messages; we turn them off right away. Or save the consent page with both boxes empty. Reply HELP (or ПОМОЩЬ) for assistance, and we will send you how to reach us. See our Messaging Terms at https://businessinteldna.com/sms.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. The companies in section 6 are not buyers of data but the technical pipe through which a message physically travels.
3.12. Fallback pages: the “Mirror” and the quiz
Two old branches, /business/zerkalo and
/expert/zerkalo, /business/quiz and
/expert/quiz, are still live at their direct addresses but
have been removed from the website’s buttons: you cannot land on them by
accident.
- Quiz: your answers are stored only in your browser and go to an Anthropic model to build the analysis. No contact details are asked for at all.
- “Mirror”: you give a link to yourself, we open your page and the pages of others in your niche, and we also run a web search through Anthropic; the search query includes your handle, niche and city. An important caveat: when visiting other people’s pages, the “Mirror” identifies itself as an ordinary Chrome browser, not under our name. We are fixing this, but while the page is live, you should know it.
- If you leave contact details on the “Mirror,” your website’s domain, your niche and your description of yourself are added to your name, email and Telegram.
3.13. Telegram chat: a virtual assistant answers you
If you message us on Telegram at @business_int_dna, the first to answer is “Vera,” a virtual assistant, a program, not a person. This is stated in the email from which you go there, and you agree to it by tapping the button and sending a message.
What goes to the model. Your messages in this chat are passed to Anthropic’s Claude language model, which forms the reply. If you spoke with Vera by phone before that, what you talked about is also passed to her: otherwise she would ask you all over again. Anthropic does not train models on what we send it; see section 5.
What we see. Andrii and Maryna see this chat in full in the account itself and can reply themselves instead of Vera. Separately, our private Telegram group, which has no one in it but the two of us, receives an alert when the conversation needs a person, when you are unhappy, or when you ask to be deleted. There are no copies of your messages in that group: the alert contains only your name, your Telegram username, the code from the email and a short line from Vera for us.
What the bot cannot do; this is set by Telegram, not by us.
- It cannot message you first. You start the conversation.
- It sees only your chat with us: not your other chats, not your contact list, not your profile beyond what any other person you chat with can see.
- It can only reply. Reading other people’s messages, deleting your messages, changing anything in your account, sending gifts and stories: these are permissions we have not turned on.
What reaches Telegram itself. Everything you write on Telegram passes through their servers under their rules, just like any of your chats there. We have no influence over this.
How long we keep it. The chat is kept for the same periods as other correspondence about your matter (section 11).
If you ask us to delete it, say so directly in the chat. Your messages and personal fields are erased from the bot’s own memory immediately, that same minute, and we receive an alert. The rest (copies in our email, the call transcript at the provider, and the chat itself in the account) we remove by hand within the general period in section 12: up to 30 days, and confirm by email. We will not promise “everything, instantly”: some of it is not held by us, and it cannot be erased with one button.
How to stop. Write “stop” or “don’t write to me anymore” in this same chat, and we will stop. You can also simply block the bot; that works without us.
3.14. If you are a customer of a business where Vera works: inquiries and review requests
This section is for people who left their email on the website of a business, or visited it, and received an email assembled by our program on behalf of that business. Here we are the service provider for the business: it decides whom to write to, and we send the emails and show it a report.
What we receive. The name and email you left in the form on the business’s website, what you were interested in (the page or service), and, for a review request, the date of your visit. The business itself gives us this data: from its form or from its own records.
What we do. We send you an email on behalf of the business: prices for what you were interested in and a link where you choose a time yourself. The business receives a copy. After a visit, one email goes out asking you to write a review on Google; the request goes to everyone who left an email, without filtering by whether you were satisfied or not. We do not write reviews for people, do not offer rewards for them, and do not publish replies to reviews: the business publishes its replies. The link in the email takes you to Google’s website, where Google’s rules apply.
What we do not do. We do not sell or share your data with other companies, do not use it for anything other than these emails and reports for the business, and do not write to you in our own name.
How to opt out and how to delete. Every such email contains the sender’s postal address and a way to opt out of further emails; we do not write again to those who have opted out. To have us delete your data, write to support@businessinteldna.com: we will delete it within 30 days and let the business know.
How long we keep it. No longer than needed to send the emails and show the business a report, and in any case no longer than the periods in section 11. The data is held in the same services as all our email (section 6).
3.15. If you called a business where Vera works
This section is for people who called the business of one of our clients and were answered by Vera, the virtual assistant we run for that business. The business decides how data about the call is handled; we process it on its behalf as its service provider (section 3.9).
What you hear at the start. In her greeting, Vera says that she is a virtual assistant and that the conversation is saved as a transcript and processed with AI.
What we receive. What you said yourself: name, phone, email and what your question is about; the number you are calling from, from the carrier; the time and duration of the call; the text transcript of the conversation. We do not keep the audio of the conversation.
Who receives it. After the call, the business receives an email with the gist of the conversation and your contact details. If Vera booked you an appointment, the appointment appears in the business’s calendar. Technically, the conversation passes through the providers in section 6: the voice platform (ElevenLabs), the language model (Google), telephony (Twilio), email (Resend, Google Workspace).
A live person. Ask, and Vera will transfer the call to a person. Vera herself makes no outbound calls and sends no SMS on behalf of the business, except a single SMS with a link that she sends to the caller at the caller’s request during the call, after the carrier has approved the campaign.
What Vera does not do. She does not take card numbers by voice: for payment she sends a link. She is not an emergency service: in an emergency, call 911.
How long we keep it. Transcripts, 24 months from the day of the call (section 11).
How to get or delete your data. Write to the business itself or to us at support@businessinteldna.com; we will forward your request to the business and help carry it out.
4. What we measure on the website
Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram). The Meta pixel is installed on the pages of the website, except the questionnaire pages, the gift questionnaire pages, the “truth sheet” pages and the SMS consent pages. We use it to understand which ads bring people in and to show our ads to people who have already visited the website.
What it sees: the address of the page you open, a
tap on the phone number, a click on a payment button (which product and
its price), the “thank you” page after a form, and the “paid” page. In
addition, Meta receives the usual technical data from your browser: IP
address, browser type and its own identifier in a cookie
(_fbp).
What it does not see: your answers in forms and questionnaires, your name, email, phone number, the text of calls, card details. The pixel is not on the questionnaire pages, the gift questionnaire pages, the “truth sheet” pages or the SMS consent pages. We ourselves do not send Meta your email, phone or name; Meta may nevertheless match a visit to your account by its own cookies and IP address if you are signed in to Facebook or Instagram in that browser.
How to opt out. There is a banner at the bottom of
the page: click “Turn off” — the pixel stops, and your choice is
remembered in your browser (key bidna_trk). The pixel is
turned off automatically if your browser sends the Global Privacy
Control or “Do Not Track” signal. Until you click the banner the pixel
is already running: the page on which you saw it has already sent a page
view. You can also limit ads in your Meta ad settings and in your
browser settings. For residents of California and other states with such
laws: sending pixel data to Meta may count as “sharing” for advertising;
you can opt out with the banner, with the GPC signal or by email to
support@businessinteldna.com, and we will not add you to an advertising
audience.
We do not sell pixel data and do not add anything from your questionnaires or emails to it. The only recipient of pixel data is Meta Platforms, Inc.; see section 6 for their policy.
What the website still does not have: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Yandex.Metrica, Hotjar, Clarity, or any other web analytics system or advertising pixel besides the Meta pixel.
5. A separate note: an Anthropic model reads your answers
The Work List is not written by a person. Your three answers (what you do, what repeats in your week, who answers first), together with the text of your page (if you gave a link), are sent to Anthropic and processed by Claude models. Without this the list cannot be built: the list is the model’s answer.
The full text of the 68-question questionnaire also goes to Anthropic, at the paid diagnostic stage. Not a summary, not an excerpt: the whole text, including the economics section and the partners section. That is how the document is assembled. In addition, when we research your market, search queries about your niche, your city and the competitors you named are sent to search.
Anthropic is a US company whose model we use as a tool. It receives the data on our instructions and cannot dispose of it on its own. We access their API as commercial customers; under the commercial API terms, customer data is not used to train models. Their own rules are at anthropic.com.
We say this plainly because you have the right to know that someone else’s service sees your text.
If this is unacceptable to you, tell us before you pay, and we simply will not take your money: without Anthropic the diagnostic cannot be built, and we have no workaround. If you have already paid but we have not yet started the work, we will refund everything in full. What counts as the start of the work is set out in the Terms of Service, sections 6.1 and 7.2.
6. Whom we share data with, by name
First, what “we share it with no one” on the website actually means. We do not sell databases and do not trade contact details. The one exception is Meta’s advertising pixel (section 4): it sends Meta information about your visit so that we can show ads to people who visited the website, and you can turn it off. Separately and plainly: we do not sell your personal information; California privacy law may treat sending pixel data to Meta as “sharing” for advertising (section 4). But an email will not arrive without an email service, and a page will not open without hosting. The companies below are not buyers of your data but tools through which your data physically passes. Each one is named, and each has its own policy, which you are entitled to read.
| Who | What exactly they receive | When | Their policy |
|---|---|---|---|
| Netlify: website hosting, forms, files, server functions, logs | Everything that passes through the website: the IP address and browser of every visitor; all submitted forms; the file with your questionnaire; technical logs. Our functions’ logs contain your email in plain text, and in rare failures up to 300 characters of the model’s answer about your business. “Book a call” requests and the automatic reply to them also pass through a second, technical website on the same Netlify (section 3.7) | Always, before and after payment | netlify.com/privacy |
| Anthropic: Claude models | “Work List”: your three answers and the text of your page. Diagnostic: the full text of the questionnaire. “Mirror”: the link, the description, page texts and search queries with your niche and city. Quiz: your answers | At every step where the model works | anthropic.com/legal/privacy |
| Resend: sending emails | All our outgoing emails: addresses, names, the body of the email with your list, the automatic reply with prices to a “Book a call” request, and the questionnaire file as an attachment | Every time a form is submitted and with the automatic reply | resend.com/legal/privacy-policy |
| Stripe: payment processing | Name, email, payment details, billing address, IP, collected on their side. They give us only confirmation that the payment went through | At payment | stripe.com/privacy |
| Meta Platforms, Inc.: advertising pixel (Facebook, Instagram) | The address of the page you open, taps on the phone number and on
the payment button, opening of the “thank you” and “paid” pages, IP
address, browser, the _fbp cookie. It does not receive form
answers, name, email, phone or card details |
On the pages of the website, except the questionnaire, gift questionnaire, “truth sheet” and SMS consent pages, unless you clicked “Turn off” or your browser sends the GPC signal | facebook.com/privacy/policy |
| Google: Fonts | IP address, browser and the address of the page you opened. Fonts load from Google’s servers on 19 of the 21 pages of the website (only the two quiz pages do not load them). The connection is made when the page opens, before you click anything. These 19 include the payment pages and both questionnaires, which means Google sees the mere fact that you opened the questionnaire. The content of your answers does not go to Google | When almost any page opens | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Google: speech recognition | The audio of your dictation in the questionnaire | Only if you clicked the microphone | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Google: Gmail and Drive | The email with your questionnaire and the attached file; the working folder with the documents for your project (section 9) | After the questionnaire is submitted | policies.google.com/privacy |
| ElevenLabs: voice assistant | The sound of your speech in real time, the text transcript of the conversation and what you said in it: name, phone, email. Under our setting, the audio recording is not saved | During a conversation with “Vera” | elevenlabs.io/privacy-policy |
| Google: language model | The text of what you said and the context of the conversation, to form the assistant’s reply | With every phrase you say in the conversation | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Twilio: phone line and messaging | Your phone number, the time and duration of the call; the number and the texts of SMS you consented to. Twilio is a carrier, not a buyer of data | During a phone call and when an SMS is sent | twilio.com/legal/privacy |
| The Google Calendar of a business where Vera works | Name, phone, what the appointment is for and its time, when Vera books a caller an appointment. The calendar belongs to the business; from then on the appointment is kept under its rules | When Vera books an appointment | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Resend: inquiry replies and review requests on behalf of a business | The person’s name and email, what they were interested in, the visit date and the text of the email. The emails are sent from an address on the domain reviews.businessinteldna.com (section 3.14) | Every time such an email is sent | resend.com/legal/privacy-policy |
| Calendly: calendar | Everything you enter when booking a call. You get there through the link in an email or from the “Book a call” form; from the form we pass your email and name in the link address so that you do not have to enter them again. Calendly is not embedded on the website | When booking | calendly.com/legal/privacy-notice |
| Zoom: video calls | Name, email, the time of the call, video and audio of the conversation. The finished recording file does not go to Zoom: we record locally | On the results call, if you booked one | zoom.us/privacy |
| Telegram | Automatically, nothing. If you message us yourself at @business_int_dna, your messages pass through Telegram and are answered by a virtual assistant (section 3.13) | On your initiative | telegram.org/privacy |
| Your website and competitors’ websites | Our visit appears in their server logs during the analysis. We send none of your data there | At the page-reading step | — |
Beyond this list, data may be disclosed in only one case: if a US government agency or court lawfully requires it. Where the law allows, we will warn you.
7. Your card details never reach us
None at all. Not the number, not the expiration date, not the CVC, not even the last three digits.
Payment takes place entirely on Stripe’s side, on their domain. The payment form is not ours; it belongs to Stripe. From them we receive only the fact: the payment went through, for such-and-such amount. Even if we wanted to look at your card, there is no place on our side where it could end up.
8. What stays in your browser and how to erase it
Some data never leaves your computer at all: it sits in your browser’s memory so that you do not have to fill everything in twice. It is not sent to any of the parties listed above.
Page storage (localStorage):
| Key | What’s inside | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
bidna_list_v1 |
The complete Work List you built | 7 days |
bidna_lead |
Name, email, Telegram, segment, so that we don’t ask twice | Until you erase it |
bidna_intake_biznes /
bidna_intake_ekspert |
All your answers to the 68 questions, app checkboxes and contact details. Saved on every keystroke so that you can close the tab and come back | Indefinitely, until you erase it |
bidna_quiz_biznes /
bidna_quiz_ekspert |
Quiz answers | Until you erase it |
bidna_zerkalo_… |
The finished “Mirror” analysis | 7 days |
le_lang |
The page language you chose, RU or EN | Until you erase it |
bidna_trk |
Your choice about the pixel: on or off | Until you erase it |
bidna_pp_… |
A mark that the “paid” event has already been sent, so it is not counted twice | Until you erase it |
Cookies: two technical ones and one advertising one.
The technical ones: bidna_ql (for the Work List) and
bidna_q (for the “Mirror”). They contain only the number of
runs today, the date and a signature. The daily limit is 5 analyses, so
that bots cannot drain the page. These cookies contain no
identifier of yours; they cannot tell who you are, and they do
not track you on other websites. The one advertising cookie is
_fbp: it is set by the Meta pixel (section 4) and lasts up
to 90 days or until you erase it; the banner stops it from being
refreshed but does not delete a cookie already set.
How to erase all of this:
- The questionnaire has a “Clear all answers” button; it deletes what was saved.
- The list page has a “Build again” button; it deletes the saved list.
- The universal way: in your browser settings, clear the site data for businessinteldna.com. This erases both the storage and the cookies.
We will also say the unpleasant part plainly. Your questionnaire answers stay in the browser until you delete them. If you filled it out on a shared or work computer, the next person who opens that page will see your answers, including the money section. If that is your case, click “Clear all answers” right after you submit. Only you can erase this copy: we have no access to it.
9. Where your questionnaire physically sits
We will not hide this behind the words “data is processed in a secure infrastructure.” Here are all the places where the content of the questionnaire ends up after you submit it:
- In your browser, in page storage, indefinitely (section 8).
- In Netlify Forms, as a submitted entry with all fields.
- In Netlify file storage: the file
Интейк-бизнес.txt(orИнтейк-эксперт.txt) itself, with all the questions and answers. - In Netlify server function logs: of the content, only your email gets there.
- At Resend: the email and the file pass through their sending system.
- In your inbox: you receive a confirmation with a link to the calendar. No attachment.
- In Andrii’s work Gmail inbox: an email with the subject “New diagnostic intake” and the questionnaire file as an attachment.
- On Andrii’s work computer: the file is saved to the project’s working folder. That folder syncs to Google Drive. So a copy of your questionnaire physically sits in Google’s cloud. The documents we build from it go there too.
- At Anthropic: the full text goes to the model at the stage of building the diagnostic (section 5).
Nine places in total. None of them has automatic deletion: everything is deleted by hand, at your request or under our schedule (section 11).
We understand how this sounds to someone who wrote in the questionnaire how much they take home. That is why the questionnaire has the question “what are you fundamentally not willing to share”; it is not a formality. And any number can be answered with a range.
10. The funnel counter
The website has a simple counter: how many people opened the list page in a day, and how many clicked to pay.
You cannot be identified from a counter entry itself: it contains no IP, no browser, no referring page, no cookie, no name, no email; the code does not even read them. Exactly one line is recorded, of the form “date / business or expert / event name.” There are eight events, all anonymous: opened the list, submitted the list, list built, left contact details, clicked pay, opened the payment page, went to Stripe, reached “thank you.”
The only thing there besides the event is the exact time. By itself it does not identify you and does not link your actions together, but in theory it could be matched to the time of an email from you. We do not do this, but we are obliged to say that it is not “nothing at all.”
And a second caveat: Netlify, as the host, still sees the IP addresses of all visitors in its service logs. That is how any website on the internet works, not our counter.
11. How long we keep data
We do not write “as long as necessary.” Here are the limits, almost all counted from one date that can be shown: the day the work on the product ended (section 6.1 of the Terms of Service: the day we delivered the last document for the project to you; for Vera, the day the employee is switched off). Call transcripts are counted from the day of the call.
- Meta pixel data is kept by Meta under its own rules
and does not depend on us; we have no access to it and cannot erase it
ourselves. You can stop the transmission at any time (the banner, the
GPC signal, clearing the
_fbpcookie) and delete what has already been collected in your Meta account settings (the section on activity off Meta). - Contact details and project correspondence: no longer than 3 years from that date.
- The questionnaire, the results call recording, diagnostic documents and project working files: no longer than 3 years from that date.
- Transcripts of calls on Vera’s lines (both on our number and on clients’ lines): 24 months from the day of the call.
- Data for inquiry and review emails (name, email, visit date): no longer than needed to send the emails and show the business a report, and no longer than 3 years from the end of the work.
- Records of people who left contact details but went no further: no longer than 12 months. This includes “Book a call” requests on both websites: the main one and the technical one that replies to requests (section 3.7).
- Funnel counter entries: no longer than 12 months (there is nothing about you personally in them anyway).
- Server function logs: as long as Netlify keeps them under its own rules; we have no influence over this period and do not export them.
- Payment data at Stripe: under their rules and the requirements of US financial law.
- What sits in your browser: you delete it yourself (section 8).
How we do it. We delete by hand: once a quarter we go through the Netlify forms and storage on both websites, the file storage, email and the working folder, and clean out everything older than its period. There is no automation here; we admit it. If you want it done for certain and sooner, write to us, and we will do it within 30 days and confirm by email.
Backups. Google, Netlify and Resend backups live under their own rules and are overwritten on their own. Our deletion request does not reach them, but nothing can be retrieved from them either; they are not for reading.
The messaging consent log is separate. If you consented to SMS, we keep a record of it: your number, which boxes were ticked, the date and time, IP address, browser, the page and the consent text version, as well as records of any withdrawal of consent. The period is 5 years, and it is not shortened by a deletion request. The reason is direct: this is proof that we wrote to you not on our own initiative but at your request. The statute of limitations under the US law on telephone communications is four years, and destroying the proof earlier would leave us without a defense. Everything else is deleted at your request in the usual way.
What we must keep in any case is the minimal payment record: who paid, when and how much. Tax law requires this, and even your request does not release us from it. We also keep the text of the contract itself and the correspondence about what was agreed; these are documents about the transaction, not your materials.
12. Your rights
You can:
- Find out what we have about you. We will gather it and send it: which forms you filled out, what is in the questionnaire, which documents have been built about you.
- Get a copy of your data in a readable file.
- Correct anything recorded incorrectly.
- Ask us to delete everything. We will delete it from Netlify Forms, from file storage, from email and from the working folder. The exceptions are in section 11.
- Ask us to delete only the results call recording, separately from everything else.
- Decide what is published about you. We publish a case study about your work only with your written consent and only in the version you approved. You decide what may be named and what may not: name, city, numbers, industry, screenshots, each separately. Consent can be withdrawn at any time; we will take the material down from our own channels within 10 business days. Anything we published while consent was in effect does not retroactively become a breach, but we will take it down. We cannot influence other people’s reprints or search engine caches; that too has to be said honestly.
- Opt out of emails and messages. We do not send marketing mailings to purchased lists: emails are about your matter, and SMS only of the kinds you ticked yourself. If you say “don’t write to me,” we won’t. Reply STOP or СТОП to a message, and we turn messages off immediately and for good.
- Complain. If you believe we have mishandled your data, write to us first; we will sort it out faster than any agency. If you live where there is a government data protection authority, you can go to it. In the US there is usually no such authority for business relationships, so the real path is one: write to us.
How to exercise these rights: email support@businessinteldna.com. We will respond within 10 business days and fulfill the request within 30 days. We charge nothing for this and will not try to talk you out of it. The only thing we will ask is that you write from the same email you gave us, or otherwise confirm that it is really you: otherwise we risk handing your data to a stranger.
13. Security and its limits
What we do: we do not ask for or store access to your accounts, payment data, accounting or customer database (we only write call records into your CRM, if you chose to connect it); we do not process payments ourselves; the website and emails use secure connections; the circle of people with access is the two of us.
And separately, because it is promised on the website: we do not use what you told us against you or in work with anyone else. If your competitor comes to us as a client, they will get nothing of what you told us, and vice versa. Your materials, numbers and documents do not end up in anyone else’s work: not in copy, not in examples, not in analyses. General professional experience that stays in our heads does not count as your information; otherwise we would have to forget how we work.
What we cannot promise: that there will never be a breach. No one who is being honest promises that. If a breach affecting your data occurs, we will email you within 72 hours of the moment we ourselves learned of it. In the first email we will tell you what we know at that point; most likely the picture will be incomplete. After that we will keep writing as it becomes clear what exactly was affected. We will not stay silent and spend a month figuring it out.
14. Children and the purpose of the website
The website is intended for business owners and practicing experts. We do not work with people under 18 and do not knowingly collect children’s data. If such data reaches us by mistake, write to us and we will delete it.
15. Where data is processed
We are a US company, our contractors are US companies, and the servers are located in the US. If you write to us from another country, your data will still end up on servers in the US. We cannot get around this; just be aware of it before you fill out a form.
Any dispute over this policy will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
16. If the business passes to others
If we ever sell the business, merge it with another, or close it, we will write to you about it in advance. The new owner will be bound by exactly this policy or a better one; if it does not suit them, your data will be deleted, not transferred. If we simply close, we delete everything except what we are required to keep under tax rules.
17. Changes
We may change this document, for example when the way the website works changes. The date of the last update is always at the top, and what exactly changed is in the log at the very bottom.
If a change is material (a new recipient of your data or new data that we collect), we will notify current clients by email rather than quietly replacing the page.
18. Where to write
