РУ Build my list
Business Intelligence DNA · for experts

A system that makes you visible and makes you the one they choose. We build it in up to 10 business days.

It's not about skill — you're simply not visible, and people choose those who are. Start with the practice list: describe your work in three lines — and we'll show what will run without you and what stays yours alone.

A couple of minutes. No card, no sign-up — the list is built right on this page.

The work list itself is generated in Russian for now. Prefer English? Write to us on Telegram and we will do it with you. Telegram.

Julia Dospehoff
A real case

“I thought it would be just another document for the drawer.” In 3 business days we gave Julia her difference in one sentence — and put her strongest proof to work in sales: a $174,000 discrepancy she had found in a client’s books and never used.

What it looks like in practice →
Sound familiar?

If even one of these is you — read on.

A client picked someone whose site was clearer. Even though they’re weaker than you.
Another empty month. Nothing got worse — a referral just didn’t come.
“How are you different from your peer?” — and you answer in generalities.
A weaker peer charges more. They just know how to present themselves.
“Send your portfolio” — and an awkward pause, because there’s nothing to send.
You underprice. And you know you charge less than you’re worth.
Why this happens

Being louder doesn’t fix being unclear.

For a long time it seems simple — do your work even better and clients will come. But the market doesn’t choose the strongest. It chooses the clearest.

Until your value can be seen and named in ten seconds, you’re compared on price and confused with weaker players. There’s one fix — clarity. Who you are, how you differ, who needs you and why.

“If I'd clearly seen the result I wanted up front — I'd probably have managed on my own.” That's what one business owner we worked with told us. Defining the right result is the hardest part.

Business Intelligence DNA isn't about knowledge you can get from an AI for free. Knowing how it should be done and turning it into a working system are two different things. We clear the chaos in how you explain your value, find what can be simplified and automated, and drive it to a result measured in money, time or quality — not in the number of documents sent.

Try it

Your value: blurry → in focus

Drag the slider right — and what you do turns from vague words into a clear difference.

I’m an expert. I help people solve their problems. I work with quality and full commitment.

I’m a financial advisor for growing practices. People choose me because I spot risks before they become problems.

What you take away from the diagnostic

You leave the diagnostic not with verbal advice, but with a map and artifacts in hand.

The deep-dive diagnostic — 45–60 minutes 1-on-1 plus our prep before the call. Everything below you take away as a document and a call recording. Free for the first 10, then credited toward implementation.

Private and under NDA

You’re guided by real people with names and faces. No access to your systems required.

This isn't a “report for the drawer.” It's a map you can already act on yourself — or continue with us and implement.

Try it right now

Tap the golden words and put in your own — build your difference in one sentence.

I’m a for . People choose me for .

Came out generic or hard to say? That’s exactly the problem we solve — we’ll craft your real, precise, non-generic wording around your practice.

The five AI employees

We hand the repetition to the machine. The decisions stay with you.

You work alone, or nearly alone. Which means some of the work simply does not get done — you are with a client at the time. A client’s path rarely breaks on your craft. It breaks at the joints, where you cannot keep up.

A lot in your week is the same: the same questions, the same explanations. You tell the same thing in messages and to friends over dinner. That is exactly what the five take over. Thinking, and carrying the person through, stays with you.

THE RESPONDERSALES
The first message is almost always the same one. What the format is, what it costs, whether there is time. THE RESPONDER answers it — within a minute, at any hour. He asks what the person came for and offers a time. He speaks in your words, and you see the whole thread.
THE CHASERSALES
Someone asked, then went quiet. Usually not over price — they just got busy. THE CHASER keeps count of those and a few days later puts a ready message in front of you. All you do is hit send.
THE STORYTELLERMARKETING
Four texts. Not forty. THE STORYTELLER takes the one thing that makes you different and lays it out by how ready the person is. From “I had never even thought about this” to “what does it cost”. He posts nothing and films nothing — he writes what to say. THE RESPONDER and THE KEEPER take their words from those texts.
THE COLLECTORMARKETING
Asking for the review is THE COLLECTOR’s job. He does it while the result is still fresh for the person. And he files the answers so they can actually be used.
THE KEEPERVISIBILITY
Your client now asks an AI rather than a friend — in English, by profession and city: “financial advisor in Tampa”. THE KEEPER makes sure the AI has something to say about you. Google Maps and Yelp too. Once a month he reports: were you named or not, and who was named next to you.

We do not put all five in at once. The list carries the order too — what rests on what.

AndriiI once hired a team before I understood what I was building. They worked honestly, just in the wrong direction. That is why here the make-up comes first, and the money only after.

Three lines — and you see the whole line-up, by name. After that it is your call.

Step 1 · free · a couple of minutes

A free work list: what you'll have at the end

Three lines about your practice — and we build a list of eleven jobs your sales, marketing and visibility are made of. Each one says who does it once everything is in place: an AI employee, your own person following what we write, or you. Plus a map of your client’s path. A link to yourself is optional. No sign-up, right here.

Where this leads

If you want to go further — we deploy AI where it makes money.

The diagnostic commits you to nothing. But if you want — in up to 10 business days we build your system (your difference, client portrait, site) and deploy AI employees into marketing and sales. Targeted, at the very points from the diagnostic.

↑ Visibility — you get found and recommended

When a client asks an AI “who should I turn to for this,” in AI search (ChatGPT / Perplexity) and by local queries — they find you. Plus a content pipeline: from one piece of your material — posts, Reels, carousels, so you're seen where people look.

↑ AI in sales

An AI sales manager handles the client at a premium, without discounts: answers “too expensive” and “how are you better” in your own terms, qualifies enquiries, reviews call recordings and logs agreements — so no warm client is lost in the chat.

↑ Conversion to a deal

This is how many of those who reach out make it to payment. It grows through Ben Hunt-style nurture sequences and a built-out funnel (interest → touches → deal): the person doesn't cool off between “interesting” and “buying,” and reminders run on their own.

We promise it the way our terms put it: if our solutions are implemented and the recommendations followed, each of these gets better. How much depends on you and your market. We will not name a number for the month.

How it all goes

Five steps — from a couple of minutes on the site to a map in your hands.

1 · Free work list
Three questions, right on the site. We show who does what in your business once it's all set up — and which of those jobs the machine takes over.
2 · Payment and questionnaire
You leave your contacts and pay for the diagnostic by card via Stripe — free for the first 10 with a promo code, after that the amount is credited toward the build. The questionnaire opens right away: about 40–60 minutes, by text or voice, answers are saved — you can close it and come back. This is the basis for the diagnostic.
3 · Deep-dive diagnostic
From your intake we run the deep-dive diagnostic: using AI we study your market, competitors and positioning. We come to the call with a ready map: where you lose clients and where the lever is — not from a blank page.
4 · Call, 45–60 minutes
1-on-1 by voice. We walk you through the ready map on screen: where you're losing, how to stand apart, and where AI will give you money or time.
5 · Map and first step
You take away a document and the call recording. You decide: act on your own or go to implementation (the diagnostic is credited).

For the first 10 experts the deep-dive diagnostic is free, in exchange for a testimonial.

Even if

Even if you’ve been burned before and don’t trust the word “marketing.”

Andrii
AndriiI personally handle every objection on the call. Not a script — a real conversation, and if it's not a fit, I'll say so.
“I paid for ads and social — burned the budget”We don't run paid ads or do your social — no budget burned on clicks. We make you visible where people look for you: on social, in local and in AI search, and clear, so they pick you. You pay for a system, not for traffic.
“First I need to figure out my niche myself”That’s exactly the first part of the work. You don’t need to arrive “ready.”
“I don’t want to run a blog and stories”You don’t have to. The product needs no public persona. We amplify you as a master.
“My profession is niche”Everything is built around your practice. You recognize yourself, not a template.
“No time”The practice list takes about a minute. Then you fill in the questionnaire at your own pace, and the diagnostic strategy session is 45–60 minutes. That's your entire part — from there we do the work.
“Giving access to strangers”Private, by referral, under NDA. No access to your systems required.
Who does this

You’re guided by real people, not a faceless team.

Andrii and Masha
Andrii. Entrepreneur and business founder. Built a holding of ~30 companies: corporate tax optimization, strategy, reading any business. Earlier in his career — CFO of a corporation.
Masha. Former CFO of a large corporation. Client psychology, negotiation and networking. Systematic execution, end to end.

Husband and wife, forged in finance. So you talk to two specific people, not a team you will never meet. And you hand over nothing: no accounts, no CRM, no client list.

How we're different

Why us, not a marketer, a coach, or an AI.

You've been in your field for years and have probably tried some of this. Here's the honest difference — on every point where people usually get burned.

Who works with you
Agency juniors following a generic template
An entrepreneur and an ex-CFO, personally — people who've built and run businesses themselves. Our own method for diagnosis and deploying AI employees
What you're left with
A pretty strategy deck that ends up in a drawer
A system built for you and running: your difference, your offer, your site and the AI employees you use every day
Where clients come from
They run ads and traffic, burning your budget
We make you visible — on social, in local and in AI search — and the one they find and choose
Access to your inner workings
“Give us access to your accounts, CRM and database”
Just a conversation, under NDA. No access to your accounts, CRM or database needed
Timeline
Months of work, or a retainer “forever”
10 business days for implementation + 30 days of support. We don't leave until you start working with the system yourself
What they promise
“100 clients a month” and other made-up numbers
We guarantee a rise in client flow and income — because you become visible and stop selling yourself on price. How much — depends on you and your market

And the key point: an AI will write you generic “like everyone else” text — because it doesn't know your market, your clients, or your numbers. We build the system around your specific case.

Case study

What it looks like in practice

Julia Dospehoff
Julia Dospehoff Remote CFO & Accounting Solutions · Tampa, Florida

15+ years in finance and operations, a forensic background, bilingual, has built and run businesses herself. She does work few can replicate — and yet was nearly invisible to the market.

“Honestly, at first I thought this would be another pretty document that just ends up sitting in a drawer.”

What we made visible in 3 business days: a difference in one sentence — “financial leadership for companies that have outgrown their financial infrastructure”; a product spine of “Reconstruct → Control → Advise”; the ideal client defined by complexity, not revenue; and her single strongest proof — a $174,000 equity discrepancy she found in books that appeared reconciled. She had never used it in sales.

“Instead of a generic accounting-and-CFO offer, I now have a clear direction — financial reconstruction, controller-level discipline, CFO-level decision support, and the perspective of a business owner.”

Her involvement — one call and an intake. From there, we did the work.

We don’t show a revenue chart — results in numbers aren’t ours to promise. We show something else: exactly what landed on her desk in three days. What usually takes a month or more.

“I highly recommend this team to experienced professionals and business owners who provide real value but need help turning it into clear, compelling, and genuinely differentiated positioning.”

Guarantees

Your real fear isn’t “too expensive.” It’s “I’ll pay and nothing changes again.”

Masha
MashaI've talked through every guarantee here with clients personally — I know what you're actually afraid of.
The diagnostic is creditedGo for the core — the diagnostic fee is credited to your first payment. Don't — you leave with a finished diagnosis. No money lost either way.
We implement and support — we don't leave you10 business days for implementation, then 30 days of support: we help you master the system and the AI employees, answer questions, fine-tune. We leave when you work confidently on your own.
Permission to say “no”After the diagnostic you’re under no obligation to continue. No auto-renewal, no annual contract.

What we guarantee. If our solutions are implemented and the recommendations followed, the flow of clients goes up — because you become visible and you stop selling yourself on price. This is not “100 clients a month” pulled out of thin air: nobody honestly promises a specific number for the month.

Money comes from two places: more sales or lower costs. When your value is visible and clear, you close more of those who already reached you — sales go up. When there's less chaos in the processes and AI employees are at work — costs go down. We work on both: you'll get higher sales and lower costs. How much — depends on you, your market and your clients.

If you need someone who'll promise “100 clients a month” up front — I'm not your guy. You've been promised that before. You remember how it went.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What do I get for free, and where do you make your money+

We make our money further along — on the diagnostic and the build. The list costs us a minute of machine time, so we give it away: it opens on screen before you leave any contact details, and the email is so we can send you a copy and have somewhere to write. The list stays yours even if you go no further with us.

Why free for the first ten, and what is the catch+

It is the same diagnostic, nothing cut. In exchange we ask for a testimonial and permission to tell your story — what can be named and what cannot is your call. We need examples of our own work that we can point to. Once we have ten, the diagnostic costs $500 for everyone.

I have no team — who exactly are you deploying these AI employees to+

To you. An AI employee is not a person on the payroll. It is work that from then on happens without you: answering whoever wrote first; reminding the one who went quiet; putting the text together; asking for the review while the result is still fresh; making sure an AI has something to say about you when someone asks it. There are five of them, and they work inside your week. When you work without a team there is nobody to hand this to — which is why the machine takes it.

I have no website, only Instagram+

That is true for most people who come to us. The list comes together without a link — three questions about your practice are enough. The page you bring people to is something we build; it is part of the build, we don’t charge for it separately. Instagram stays what it is: the place where people find you.

What if I work it out myself, in the evenings+

Plenty of people do. They do it for a year. What gets in the way is not that you can’t. It is that evenings run out before the work does, and what is put off until later gets put off forever. We take the repeating part so the evening stays yours.

For the same money I could hire a marketer+

You could. A marketer or an agency rows — we chart the course. Hiring rowers without knowing the course is the most expensive way to sail. We work before them: after us they finally know where to row. And you pay differently: a marketer every month, us once. What we build stays with you.

Too expensive+

What you fear is not the amount, it is repeating an old disappointment. So the first step costs nothing: the work list is free. The deep-dive diagnostic is $500 — and for the first ten it is free too. The decision about the build comes only after that.

Do you guarantee growth?+

If our solutions are implemented and the recommendations followed, you become visible and you stop selling yourself on price. Nobody honestly promises a specific number for the month. What we answer for is the method, the speed, and the fact that the build actually gets done.

Start with the work list

A minute now — and you'll see yourself through the eyes of a client who is comparing you with someone else.

Start right on the site: three questions and we'll build your practice list. Want to go deeper — a 1-on-1 deep-dive diagnostic, free for the first 10 experts. Three questions you'll answer on the diagnostic:

1.
When did you last lose a client — do you know why they chose someone else?
2.
If asked “how are you different” — can you answer in one sentence?
3.
What does an AI return when a client asks who to turn to — you or a competitor?
