Business Intelligence DNA · for business owners

A system that gets you out of the price war. We build it in up to 10 business days.

It's not that the business is bad — the market simply hasn't been told what makes you different. Start with the work list: describe your business in three lines — and we'll show who does what once it's all set up, and which AI employees we put in.

A couple of minutes. No card, no sign-up — the list is built right on this page.

The work list itself is generated in Russian for now. Prefer English? Write to us on Telegram and we will do it with you. Telegram.

Julia Dospehoff
A real case

“I thought it would be just another document for the drawer.” In 3 business days we gave Julia her difference in one sentence — and put her strongest proof to work in sales: a $174,000 discrepancy she had found in a client’s books and never used.

What it looks like in practice →
Sound familiar?

If even one of these is you — read on.

A client calls and asks only one thing — how much. As if there's nothing else to discuss.
Revenue is growing, but profit isn't. Discounting eats up what you earn.
A weaker competitor pulled ahead. They just explained themselves more clearly.
“How are you better than the shop next door?” — and you answer in generalities.
You're the most valuable employee — the one who can't be fired and never takes a vacation.
You cut the price again to keep a client. And again lost to whoever's cheaper.
Why this happens

A discount doesn't cure being indistinguishable.

For a long time it seems simple — work better than your competitors and clients will appreciate it. But the market doesn't choose the strongest. It chooses the clearest, and pays whoever's value is visible.

Until a client can see how you differ, they compare on the one thing that's clear — price. That's how you end up in a price war, where whoever's willing to give up margin wins. There's one fix — differentiation. How you differ, for whom, and why you're worth paying more.

“If I'd clearly seen the result I wanted up front — I'd probably have managed on my own.” That's what one business owner we worked with told us. Defining the right result is the hardest part.

Business Intelligence DNA isn't about knowledge you can get from an AI for free. Knowing how it should be done and turning it into a working system are two different things. We put order into how your business looks to a client, find what to simplify and automate, and drive it to a result measured in money, time or quality — not in a stack of documents.

Try it

Your value: blurry → in focus

Drag the slider right — and what your business does turns from vague words into a clear difference.

We're a quality company. We work well, at fair prices, with a personal approach.

We take on projects where mistakes aren't an option: deadlines and predictability matter more than price. We're chosen by those who've been burned by cheap.

What you take away from the diagnostic

You leave the diagnostic not with verbal advice, but with a map and artifacts in hand.

The deep-dive diagnostic — 45–60 minutes 1-on-1 plus our prep before the call. Everything below you take away as a document and a call recording. Free for the first 10, then credited toward implementation. Without access to your accounts or CRM.

Private and under NDA

We don't need access to your accounts, CRM or database. We work from the conversation. NDA with everyone.

This isn't a “report for the drawer.” It's a map you can already act on yourself — or continue with us and implement.

Try it right now

Tap the golden words and put in your own — build your difference in one sentence.

We're a for . We're chosen for .

Came out generic or hard to say? That's exactly the problem we solve — we'll craft your real wording, precise and non-generic, around your business.

The five AI employees

There are six steps on the road to you. We take five of them.

A customer found you. Read about you. Wrote. Went quiet. Came back and paid. Left happy and told nobody about you. Five of those steps run the same way with every customer, and the five take them over. Nobody takes the purchase — that one stays with you.

You have a crew and managers. Yet on those steps it is still you standing there. On your phone at night, on the road, on a day off. The decisions stay with you. The five take what repeats every week.

THE KEEPERVISIBILITY
Your buyer now asks an AI, not a search engine, who to go to. It names a few businesses and says a paragraph about each one. It takes that paragraph off open pages. THE KEEPER’s job is to make sure there is something for that paragraph to come from. THE KEEPER holds the same thing on Google Maps, Yelp and in search. Once a month he reports: were you named or not, in what words, and who was named next to you.
THE STORYTELLERMARKETING
THE STORYTELLER writes what a person reads before asking the price. Four texts: from “what even is this” to “what does it cost”. He posts nothing and films nothing — he writes what to say. The other four take their words from those same texts.
THE RESPONDERSALES
A message comes in at nine in the evening. The answer goes out in the morning. By morning the person has written to three other places. THE RESPONDER answers within a minute, at any hour. He works out what they came for, asks two questions, offers a time.
THE CHASERSALES
Asked the price and vanished. Still hanging there in the chat. THE CHASER goes back to those people himself. He writes the message for that particular person, and all you do is hit send.
THE COLLECTORMARKETING
THE COLLECTOR has one moment — when the job is done and the person still has something to say. That is when he asks for the review, and for the proof along with it. Before-and-after photos, measurements, paperwork. He files it all where THE STORYTELLER gets his words.

In the work list you will see all five of them applied to your own business. There is no need to put them all in at once: the list says which three jobs go in first, and why.

Show them on my business →

Step 1 · free · a couple of minutes

A free work list: what you'll have at the end

Three lines about your business — and we build a list of eleven jobs your sales, marketing and visibility are made of. Each one says who does it once everything is in place: an AI employee, your own person following what we write, or you. Plus a map of your client’s path. A link to yourself is optional. No sign-up, right here.

Where this leads

If you want to go further — we deploy AI where it makes money.

The diagnostic commits you to nothing. But if you want — in up to 10 business days we build the system (your difference, offer, site) and deploy AI employees into marketing and sales. Targeted, at the very points from the diagnostic.

↑ Visibility — you get found and recommended

When a client asks an AI “who should I turn to,” in AI search (ChatGPT / Perplexity) and by local queries — they find you. Plus a content pipeline: from one piece of your material — posts, Reels, carousels, so you're seen where people look.

↑ AI in sales

An AI sales manager handles the client at a premium, without discounting: answers “why so expensive” in your own terms, qualifies leads, reviews call recordings and logs agreements — so no warm lead is lost in the chat.

↑ Conversion to a deal

This is how many of those who reach out make it to payment. It grows through Ben Hunt-style nurture sequences and a built-out funnel (lead → touches → deal): the client doesn't cool off between “interesting” and “buying,” and reminders run on their own.

We promise it the way our terms put it: if our solutions are implemented and the recommendations followed, each of these gets better. How much depends on you and your market. We will not name a number for the month.

How it all goes

Five steps — from a couple of minutes on the site to a map in your hands.

1 · Free work list
Three questions, right on the site. We show who does what in your business once it's all set up — and which of those jobs the machine takes over.
2 · Payment and questionnaire
You leave your contacts and pay for the diagnostic by card via Stripe — free for the first 10 with a promo code, after that the amount is credited toward the build. The questionnaire opens right away: about 40–60 minutes, by text or voice, answers are saved — you can close it and come back. This is the basis for the diagnostic.
3 · Deep-dive diagnostic
From your intake we run the deep-dive diagnostic: using AI we study your market, competitors and positioning. We come to the call with a ready map: where you lose clients and where the lever is — not from a blank page.
4 · Call, 45–60 minutes
1-on-1 by voice. We walk you through the ready map on screen: why the client chooses on price, how to stand apart, and where AI will give you money or time.
5 · Map and first step
You take away a document and the call recording. You decide: act on your own or go to implementation (the diagnostic is credited).

For the first 10 businesses the deep-dive diagnostic is free, in exchange for a testimonial.

Even if

Even if you've been burned before and don't trust the word “marketing.”

Andrii
AndriiI personally handle every objection on the call. Not a script — a real conversation, and if it's not a fit, I'll say so.
“I hired marketers and agencies — burned the budget”We don't run paid ads or chase leads — no budget burned on clicks. We make you visible where people look for you, and clear, so they choose you rather than whoever's cheaper. You pay for a system, not for traffic.
“No time, I'm buried in operations”The work list takes about a minute. Then you fill in the questionnaire at your own pace, and the diagnostic strategy session is 45–60 minutes. This work is exactly what pulls you out of the bottleneck.
“We haven't grown into this, it's for the big players”The opposite: differentiation is exactly what lifts you out of the “small” tier. The bar isn't size, it's steady profit.
“We really have nothing to stand out with, we're like everyone”Almost everyone who's stuck thinks that. A difference almost always exists — it needs to be found and named. If there's nothing to build on, we'll say so plainly after the diagnostic.
“Letting a stranger into my numbers and clients”We don't need access to your accounts, CRM or database. We work from the conversation, from what you choose to share. NDA with everyone.
“Revenue is growing, why change anything”Revenue grows, profit doesn't: discounting eats what you earn. That's exactly the reason.
Who does this

You're guided by real people, not a faceless team.

Andrii and Masha
Andrii. An entrepreneur and business founder. Built a group of ~30 companies: corporate tax optimization, strategy, reading any business. Earlier in his career — CFO of a corporation.
Masha. Former CFO of a large corporation. Client psychology, negotiation and networking. Systematic, sees things through.

Husband and wife, forged in finance. So you talk to two specific people, not a team you will never meet. And you hand over nothing: no accounts, no CRM, no client list.

How we're different

Why us, not an agency, a consultancy, or an AI.

You've been in business for years and have probably tried some of this. Here's the honest difference — on every point where people usually get burned.

Who works with you
Agency juniors following a generic template
An entrepreneur and an ex-CFO, personally — people who've built and run businesses themselves. Our own method for diagnosis and deploying AI employees
What you're left with
A 100-page consulting report that ends up in a drawer
A system built for you and running: your difference, your offer, your site and the AI employees you use every day
Where sales come from
They chase ads and leads, burning the budget
We make you visible — on social, in local and in AI search — so they choose you, not whoever's cheaper
Access to your inner workings
“Give us access to your accounts, CRM and database”
Just a conversation, under NDA. No access to your accounts, CRM or database needed
Timeline and cost
A $3–8k/mo retainer or $15–50k of consulting
10 business days for implementation + 30 days of support. We don't leave until you start working with the system yourself
What they promise
“+30% revenue in a month” and other made-up numbers
We guarantee a rise in client flow and sales and a drop in costs — by putting the business in order and deploying AI employees. How much — depends on you and your market

And the key point: an AI will write you generic “like everyone else” text — because it doesn't know your market, your clients, or your economics. We build the system around your specific business.

Case study

What it looks like in practice

Julia Dospehoff
Julia Dospehoff Remote CFO & Accounting Solutions · Tampa, Florida

15+ years in finance and operations, a forensic background, bilingual, has built and run businesses herself. She does work few can replicate — and yet was nearly invisible to the market.

“Honestly, at first I thought this would be another pretty document that just ends up sitting in a drawer.”

What we made visible in 3 business days: a difference in one sentence — “financial leadership for companies that have outgrown their financial infrastructure”; a product spine of “Reconstruct → Control → Advise”; the ideal client defined by complexity, not revenue; and her single strongest proof — a $174,000 equity discrepancy she found in books that appeared reconciled. She'd never used it in sales.

“Instead of a generic accounting-and-CFO offer, I now have a clear direction — financial reconstruction, controller-level discipline, CFO-level decision support, and the hands-on perspective of a business owner.”

Her involvement — one call and an intake. From there, we did the work.

We don't show a revenue chart — results in numbers aren't ours to promise. We show something else: exactly what landed on her desk in three days. What usually takes a month or more.

“I highly recommend this team to experts and business owners who have strong experience and real value but can't yet turn it into clear, compelling, and genuinely differentiated positioning.”

Guarantees

Your real fear isn't “too expensive.” It's “I'll pay for another flop and let a stranger into my business.”

Masha
MashaI've talked through every guarantee here with clients personally — I know what you're actually afraid of.
The diagnostic is creditedGo for the core — the diagnostic fee is credited to your first payment. Don't — you leave with a finished diagnosis. No money lost either way.
We implement and support — we don't leave you10 business days for implementation, then 30 days of support: we help you master the system and the AI employees, answer questions, fine-tune. We leave when you work confidently on your own.
Permission to say “no”After the diagnostic you're under no obligation to continue. No auto-renewal, no annual contract.
Your data is yoursNDA with every client. No access to your accounts, CRM or database. Your information is never used against you or anyone else.

What we guarantee. If our solutions are implemented and the recommendations followed, the flow of customers and sales goes up and costs come down — because we take the chaos out of the business and put AI employees in. This is not a “+30% revenue this month” pulled out of thin air: nobody honestly promises a specific number for the month.

Money comes from two places: more sales or lower costs. When a client sees your difference before your price, you close more of those who already reached you — sales go up. When there's less chaos in the processes and AI employees are at work — costs go down. We work on both: you'll get higher sales and lower costs. How much — depends on you, your market and your clients.

If you need someone who'll promise “+30% revenue in a month” up front — I'm not your guy. You've been promised that before. You remember how it went.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Free — where is the catch+

There isn’t one. We make no money on the list. We make it on what comes next: the $500 deep-dive diagnostic and the build, from $5,000. You only get there if you decide to. If you don’t, the list is yours anyway.

What happens to my contact details+

You see the list on screen right away, before any contact details. The email is so we can send you a copy and have somewhere to write. We don’t run a mailing list: if we write, it’s the two of us and it’s about your business. We don’t sell or hand over anyone’s data.

Wouldn’t it be easier to hire an agency+

We’re not instead of them, we come before them: a marketer or an agency rows, we chart the course. And everything we build stays with you. An agency, when you part ways, takes the logins with it.

Expensive, another marketing spend+

What you fear is not the amount, it’s repeating a flop. So the first paid step is the deep-dive diagnostic, at low stakes, and that $500 comes off the price of the build. What the build itself costs depends on how many AI employees you actually need and what you already have. We don’t sell it blind.

Why free for the first ten+

We need first stories we can point to: we trade the work for an example, and that is cheaper than paying for ads. The diagnostic is the same one, nothing cut. In exchange — a testimonial and permission to tell your story; what can be named and what cannot is your call. Once the places are gone, it is the usual price, $500.

Where do you get this without my numbers+

From your answers in the questionnaire — the part only you know. And from what the market writes on its own: reviews, threads, the pages of your neighbours in the niche. To your face customers are polite; in reviews and threads they say it as it is. Your accounts, CRM and client list are not needed for this. We don’t sell advertising — which means the diagnosis won’t come down to “you need traffic”.

What if I pay and then do nothing+

It happens, and we can’t cure that. The diagnostic gives you clarity and the order of the work, but a person still decides and starts. If you are expecting something to change by itself once you have paid — better not to pay; we will say so before the money, not after.

Will you work for a share of the result+

No. A share sounds like sharing the risk, but in practice it requires us to sit inside your books and your sales — and we don’t do that. The free entry covers the same ground: for the first ten the diagnostic is free, in exchange for a testimonial.

Do you guarantee revenue growth?+

If our solutions are implemented and the recommendations followed, the flow of customers and sales goes up and costs come down — because we take out the chaos and put AI employees in. Nobody honestly promises a specific number for the month. What we answer for is the method, the speed, and the fact that the build actually gets done.

Start right on the site: three questions and we'll build your work list. Want to go deeper — a 1-on-1 deep-dive diagnostic, free for the first 10 businesses. Three questions you'll answer on the diagnostic:

1.
When a client last chose a competitor — do you know why?
2.
Can you say in one sentence how you differ from the shop next door?
3.
What does an AI return when a client asks where to order — you or a competitor?
